St James & St Paul's PCC can accept no liability for any injury or allergic reaction which may occur during the event.

All ticket holders are expected to alert event staff to any food allergies.

All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.

One adult may be responsible for a maximum of four children. If more than four children are attending as part of a single group, a second supervising adult will be required.

All supervising adults need a ticket in order to gain admittance.

Parents / adults/ carers are responsible for the behaviour of the children in their group.

St James & St Paul's PCC reserves the right to revoke tickets and remove persons from the event if inappropriate or unsafe behaviour takes place. (Inappropriate and unsafe behaviour will defined by the vicar at the event.)

Ticket holders are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety during the event.

Each ticket admits one person only.

Tickets may not be photocopied. (Each ticket contains a unique QR code which will only work once, if you share a copy of your ticket, it is possible you will be refused entry, as your QR code will have already been used.)

Crafts will be limited to one per person.

Food is provided at the discretion of St James & St Paul's PCC.

Children will have preference when distributing food and craft activities.
